Help inside the app
If you are signed in, the Support screen of either app lets you write to us about a specific order, with the order already attached.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself, inside the app: open your account, then "Delete account". If you cannot sign in any more, email us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
